2. Products & Ownership

Ally's Closet is a consignment boutique. Items listed for sale are second-hand and previously owned. Unless marked as "New With Tags," all items are pre-owned. The consignor retains ownership of their items until the item is sold by us.

Brand names, trademarks, and logos (e.g., Chanel, Gucci, Lilly Pulitzer, Tory Burch, Nike) belong to their respective owners. Reference to a brand does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or ownership by Ally's Closet Consignment. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.

3. Pricing, Payments & Authenticity

All prices are in USD. We accept payments processed through Shopify Payments. All sales are final on consignment items unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to authenticate luxury items to the best of our ability and describe condition accurately, but all items are sold as-is.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS / UPS /FedEx. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the product to the carrier. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of consignment, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges unless the item was materially misrepresented. If you believe an item was misrepresented, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at allysclosetconsign@gmail.com with photos. 

6. Intellectual Property

Our original content — including our logo, store name, website design, photos taken by us, and written descriptions — is owned by Ally's Closet Consignment, L.L.C. and protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our original photos or content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only and not to misuse or attempt to access our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ally's Closet Consignment shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Clay County.
