Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our boutique at:

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Because many items are one-of-a-kind consignment pieces, an item may sell in-store before your online order ships. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

•  USPS Ground Advantage / USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground: $8.95 - $14.95 (typical)

•  Estimated Delivery: 2-7 business days after processing for U.S. addresses. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United States only. [Delete or change if you ship internationally]

3. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available free at our Fleming Island store during business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and ID.

4. Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address.

5. Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at allysclosetconsign@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a carrier claim.
