RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items in their original condition with tags attached. Due to the nature of our consignment business, we do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Store Credit
- Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the full purchase price
- Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Ally's Closet Consignment
- Store credit does not expire
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- 75% sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items without original tags
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
