RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Consignment Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our consignment business, all items are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind, and sold on behalf of our consignors. Once an item is sold, we are required to pay our consignor their portion of the sale. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or fit.

Please review all photos, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional photos or measurements - just email us before you buy.

Exceptions - When We WILL Accept a Return:

We will review a return for a full refund only in these cases, if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

1. Item is materially misrepresented - e.g., we listed it as "New With Tags" and it is not, or significant undisclosed damage.

2. Wrong item shipped - we sent you a different item than what you ordered.

3. Damaged in transit - with photos of the item and shipping box.

To Request a Return for an Exception:

Email allysclosetconsign@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all tags attached. Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What Cannot Be Returned:

• Items purchased on final sale / marked as final sale

• Items where size or fit is not as expected

• Items after the 48-hour window

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use after delivery

• Local pickup orders - all local pickup sales are final at time of pickup

Store Credit:

At our discretion, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund for approved cases.
